The clamp is comprised of a pigtail bolt, two jaws, and a square nut. The bolt and nut are formed from Grade 2 Steel, providing excellent strength and durability. The jaws are rolled and stamped from 1018 tempered Steel, further enhancing the clamp's reliability.
To ensure long-lasting performance, the bolt and nut are hot dip galvanized, meeting ASTM Specification A153. This galvanization process provides corrosion resistance, making the clamp suitable for outdoor installations. The jaws are mechanically galvanized, meeting ASTM Specification B695, adding an extra layer of protection against rust and wear.
